Description

The villa (6+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in one of the most suggestive corners of the Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometres from Cortona: a unique place in a wonderful position for your holidays. The 18th-century Tuscan farmhouse has been renovated and provided with all comforts needed for unforgettable stays without altering the original architectural and environmental context.

Guests are granted the exclusive use of the completely independent 220 m² building (with verandas both on the front and at the back, for a total surface of 330 m²), 4000 m² of garden, a finely furnished gazebo and a wonderful 7x14 metres swimming pool with 2.5 metres of Roman steps, for them to experience a sense of pure well-being.


Accommodation

The house (6+2 sleeping accommodations in 3 double bedrooms + sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) is furnished in the typical Tuscan style and features beautiful period pieces of furniture.

On the ground floor are a large kitchen, living room with a big sofa, fireplace and plasma TV, dining room with walnut table sitting up to 10 people, ante-bathroom and bathroom with shower, study with double sofa bed, hallway and storeroom.
The first floor composes of 3 double bedrooms (one covers a surface of 35 m²), all equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with bathtub.

The house has also two 40 m² verandas (one on the front and one at the back): one is furnished with a table for 8 people and the other has an oak table for 12 people. Outdoor barbecue for pleasant meals al fresco.
