Description

The villa is a 19th century master house that has been renovated. It features a wide 9000 m² park with a magnificent private swimming pool whose use is reserved to guests. The property, with car park, is completely fenced, and is situated in strategic position: the centre of Lucca as well as other historical Tuscan towns, including Pisa and Florence and seaside and hill holiday destinations, such as Montecarlo, Collodi and Viareggio, is within easy reach.

The beaches of the Versilia lie within 25 kilometres.


Accommodation

The villa is divided into two apartments. One of them is not occupied. Guests are offered the second apartment and are granted the exclusive use of all the external areas, of the swimming pool and of the park. Guests will be the only persons in the villa.

The 180 m² apartment in the master house offers 5+1 sleeping accommodations in two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one bathroom. Possibility of adding a bed in one of the double rooms.

The first floor composes of 2 large double bedrooms with raftered ceiling, 1 bedroom/study, large sitting room with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower provided with hydro-massage and sauna.
On the ground floor are a kitchen/dining room equipped with dishwasher, a lumber room and a laundry room. The rooms have terracotta- and ceramic-tiled floors.


The Outdoors

Outside is a garage with washing machine. In the large 9000 m² garden - whose exclusive use is reserved to guests - lies a swimming pool (5x12 m; depth: 1.40 m), equipped with sunshades, deck chairs, shower and lighting system.

The barbecue equipment and a table for eating al fresco are at guests` disposal. The property includes a car park.
