The Outdoors

The villa is situated in a fully fenced estate of about 9000 square metres, 4000 of which are exclusively reserved to guests.

In the garden, about 5 metres from the house, lies the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40-2.20 m), open from May to September.

In the garden are also a room with an oven-grill-barbecue set and a laundry room.

The porch is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building and sleeps 8 people in 2 double-bedded rooms and 2 twin-bedded rooms, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of a wide living room with fireplace and kitchenette, storeroom, one twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which composes of two double-bedded rooms, one twin-bedded room, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub.
