This area, within a range of 50 km, is under environmental conservation. Within short distance on the lake there`s the Garzaia, the largest wilderness protected areas of WWF.
Villa Chiusi is a tranquil and cozy house where you can live in touch with the nature and in the same time at just few kilometres from the main cities provided with any kind of facilities and services.
Trekking and riding bikes or horses nearby is particularly striking. If you take one of the enchanting pathways you can cover many kilometres totally immersed in the silent.
Or you can sail on the lake where you`ll dip into the fascinating lake world, plenty of plants, fishes and birds.

Villa Chiusi is composed of 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 3 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with double sofa bed and a fireplace, a big kitchen furnished with dishwasher.
At the entrance there`s a nice little tower to sight migratory birds going to the North Europe during the summer and returning to the Africa in the winter.
On the ground floor there`s a laundry with a washing machine.
All around there`s a garden, with swimming pool and a gazebo, totally furnished, for the hottest time. An outbuilding garage.
