The villa (6+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the heart of Tuscany, just 20 kilometres from Florence on one of the wonderful Florentine Chianti hills, in the municipality of Lastra a Signa. It is the ideal accommodation for spending relaxing holidays in a rural and welcoming location. Fascinating itineraries develop in a still untouched territory, scattered with castles, ancient palaces, Romanesque churches and medieval villages. The villa is an excellent starting point for visiting places rich in art and history, such as Vinci, Certaldo, San Gimignano Volterra, Pisa and Florence Guests can dedicate to various activities: they can take refreshing baths in the swimming pool in the garden surrounding the building, jog, mountain bike or hike in the woodland or along the country roads, or just relax and bask in the sun admiring nature.

The villa (3 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two apartments covering an area of 110 m². The villa accommodates up to eight people and composes of two kitchens, 3 double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilette.
