The villa (8+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated near Montaione, a small village of Etruscan origins, just 20 kilometres from San Gimignano. The recently renovated villa features stone walls, beamed ceilings and rooms elegantly furnished in the typical Tuscan rustic style. On the ground, floor a big arch divides the living from the dining room facing the large terrace. The villa is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, independent heating system, washing machine and dishwasher) and is surrounded by a garden. The private swimming pool and the barbecue equipment in the garden are at guests` disposal.

The villa (4 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 5 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors. The ground floor consists of kitchen provided with oven and dishwasher, dining room, large living room with double sofa bed and 1 bathroom. The first floor consists of 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The veranda is furnished with barbecue equipment for dining outdoor. The wonderful swimming pool in the wide garden is at the exclusive disposal of the guests.
