It is situated close to the village of Montaione, and only 16 kilometers from San Gimignano. The outside of the villa is completely in stone and the inside, with ceilings with wooden beams, is fine furnished in the typical tuscan style. On the ground floor a great arc divides the living room from the dining room which looks on the great external terrace. No expense has been spared in the renovation, rendering the villa the ideal place for a wonderful holidays with the family or friends.

The Villa is confortably furnished and it is dislocated on two levels.
At the ground floor there are the fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, the dining-room, the living-room with double sofa-bed and the service bathroom.
At the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms each one with private bathroom.
The villa is also equipped with independent heating, Sat-TV, telephone, washing machine and a big terrace with barbecue. In the garden there is a very beautiful swimming-pool at exclusive use
