The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is situated on the hills surrounding Montepulciano The building is immersed in the green wood and Tuscan olive groves. The garden of the villa, where a solarium and the private swimming pool are to be found, offers a breathtaking view of that part of the Tuscan countryside where the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is produced and of the lake Trasimeno. A part of the garden has been furnished with gazebo, table and chairs for dining in the open air. The recently restored villa has all modern comforts (satellite TV, washing-machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board) and a private parking lot. The villa is equipped with an air conditioning system.

The villa (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is composed of two storeys. On the ground floor there are a lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The kitchen-door leads to the external area furnished with outdoor furniture for dining in the open air, whereas all bedrooms open on a terrace commanding the Valdichiana. On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Wonderful view of the valley from the terrace.
