Villa Arbia is located within the Siena province on the edges of "Crete Senesi" between the villages of Monteroni d`Arbia and Buonconvento. The location of the house is really striking as it`s immersed in a typical country tuscan area at 1.5 km from the little village of Ponte d`Arbia. Villa Arbia is provided with a swimming pool (8 x 14 mts) in panoramic position. A park with garden surrounds the villa and offers an ideal space for children. Near the house there`s a little lake where you can fishing. Nearby you can visit many remarkable places such as: Buonconvento (6 km) , Siena (23 km), S.Quirico d`Orcia and Pienza (30 km) and the Val d`Orcia, S.Gimignano (60 km) , Greve in Chianti ( 45 km ). Florence (about 80 km) , Arezzo (70 km) and Perugia (circa 100 km) are easy to reach with daily trips. Well-known in the area is the wine production of `Brunello di Montalcino` and in Montepulciano it`s very famous the ` Nobile di Montepulciano` red wine At 25 km from the villa there are Rapolano and Bagno Vignoni hot springs(30 km) where you can dip into thermal waters.

In total the villa offers 6 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a room with sofabed and bathroom.

You access through a large living room furnished with a old fireplace in typical tuscan style and a big dining table suitable for 12/14 people. On the left there`s a wide kitchen equipped with fridge, grill and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can go to the loggia furnished by tables and chairs. On the right you find a room with sofa bed and a bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, and a sitting room with kitchen corner.
