Description

The villa (10+3 sleeping accommodations) stands atop a hill in the countryside around Arezzo and overlooks the ancient city of Arezzo and offers a breathtaking view of the valley below. The building is surrounded by a wide fenced park featuring olive trees and other typically Tuscan plants and flowers. In the park there are the large swimming pool and a barbecue with wood-fired oven. A tennis club is 6 kilometres from the villa.


Accommodation

The villa (5 double bedrooms + 2 double sofa beds and 4 bathrooms) spreads out over three floors. On one side of the hallway there are a kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, on the other side there are a large living/dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. All the rooms on the ground floor open onto the garden. The first floor composes of a small living room with double sofa bed and wonderful terrace at the back of the building, kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. An internal staircase leads to a wonderful suite composed of living room with fireplace and terrace, wide and well equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa is furnished in good taste and with good quality furniture. Apart from the kitchen and the barbecue equipment in the garden serving the large dining room on the ground floor, every floor is provided with its own kitchenette.
