Description

Surrounded a 6000-m² olive grove, the villa (14 sleeping accommodations) stands on a hill commanding the Valdichiana, near Sinalunga, in the province of Siena Guests can relax or have their meals in the garden that surrounds the building and use the barbecue equipment and the wood-burning oven. The front garden overlooks the magnificent fortified walls of Rigomagno, a small medieval village. In the garden lies the swimming pool, that commands the gentle Tuscan hills. The products of the vegetable garden are at guests` disposal. The rooms are large and full of light and feature terracotta and beech or oak parquet floors; the walls are decorated with paintings by local painters. The villa is provided with al comforts and children`s beds and baby cots are available upon request. The villa is the ideal accommodation for those who want to relax by hiking or horse and bike riding on the Tuscan hills and for history and art lovers, as well: the area is scattered with ancient Etruscan and medieval towns and important cities of art and culture, such as Perugia, Siena Cortona, Pienza Arezzo Montepulciano and San Gimignano are within easy reach.


Accommodation

The property (7 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms) includes the two-storey villa and an annexe. The ground floor of the villa is composed of living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double basin, laundry room and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor consists in a large living/dining room opening onto the balcony, study, storeroom, 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with bathtub), 2 bedrooms with two single beds (one with small en-suite bathroom with shower) and 1 bathroom with shower. The annexe is divided into fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Behind the villa there are the barbecue equipment and a bowls pitch.

The villa is provided with swimming pool furnished with sunloungers, gazebos, benches, tables and hammocks, barbecue equipment, wood-burning oven, fans in the bedrooms, satellite TV, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
