Description

The structure is an independent villa covering an area of 200 m², which can accommodate up to 12 people (8+4 sleeping accommodations). The villa is immersed in the typical context of the Chianti district, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and small woods, and commands the nearby lake. The completely renovated building dates back to the 19th century, when it belonged to the Bandini Counts. At that time the estate bordered on Sant`Andrea in Percussina, a small village Niccolò Machiavelli lived in.


Accommodation

The villa (4 double bedrooms + 2 double sofa beds and 4 bathrooms) is a typical Chianti farmhouse.
The ground floor composes of a large kitchen/dining room, living room with double sofa bed and hi-fi system, TV room with dolby surround satellite TV, DVD player and double sofa bed and 1 bathroom.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor, composed of 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.
On the second floor, where once was the dovecot, there is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The villa hosts up to 8 people, but four more people can be accommodated two in the living room and two in the TV room, where there are two double sofa beds.


Facilities

The villa is provided with all comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor whirlpool bath for 6 people, dolby surround satellite TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
