Description

The country cottage is situated in a flat and peaceful area of Valdichiana, in Foiano della Chiana, in the province of Arezzo Surrounded by corn fields and the typical Tuscan hills, the cottage is located in proximity to a small medieval village. The cottage, which is particularly cheap and carefully furnished in a simple style, is the ideal accommodation for those who would like to spend their vacations in close contact with nature. Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano Siena the thermal baths in Rapolano Terme, Arezzo and other Tuscan tourist destinations are easily reached by car. Sporty guests can visit the riding stable and the golf club nearby. In proximity to the cottage is also an outlet village.

The owner of the cottage live nearby and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a garden of about 1000 square metres, in which are the barbecue equipment and a vegetable garden.

About 8 metres from the cottage lies the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.50 m), exclusively reserved to guests.

A pergola is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The apartment is on the first floor and composes of an entry hall with dining table, an equipped kitchen, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower.

A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.
