Description

The farmhouse (10+2 sleeping accommodations) is situated in a small medieval hamlet in the Tuscan countryside, about 5 kilometres from Montaione and just a few kilometres from San Gimignano Volterra, Florence and Pisa. The core of the hamlet consists in four stone buildings, including the farmhouse. The farmhouse is provided with all comforts (satellite TV, Internet connection, heating system, hi-fi system, washing machine, dishwasher and fax).

The swimming pool (8x4 m) lies in the garden at the back of the building; the poolside is furnished with sunshades and deckchairs. The swimming pool overlooks the gorgeous surrounding countryside. The farmhouse features also some areas furnished with tables and chairs for eating in the open air. Golf course and Gambassi Terme spas in the neighbourhood.


Accommodation

The farmhouse (5 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two communicating apartments provided with independent entrance. The largest apartment (6+2 sleeping accommodations) spreads out over two floors and is composed of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms (one with fireplace) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The smallest apartment (4 sleeping accommodations) spreads out over two floors and is composed of kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The smallest apartment is reached by an external staircase.

Both apartments are provided with satellite TV, heating system, fridge, oven, dishwasher, hi-fi system, fax and Internet connection. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board are at guests` disposal.

Café/restaurant with food store just a few hundred metres from the farmhouse. Shops and services of any kind are in Montaione, about 5 kilometres from the farmhouse.
