Description

Immersed in the green Tuscan countryside and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the farmhouse (13 sleeping accommodations) stands on a hillock commanding the Arno valley, the Consuma mountains and the Chianti and Vallombrosa woods. The swimming pool (8x4.50 m) equipped with sunloungers, chairs and a gazebo lies in the wide garden that surrounds the building. The farmhouse is divided into three independent apartments featuring typical Tuscan rustic elements, such terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The apartments are furnished with good taste and provided with all comforts (independent heating system, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, TV and hi-fi system). Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Possibility of adding a cot in every apartment. Guided Tuscan wine tasting for groups of at least six people. Organization of private dinners with choice among six different menus and possibility of requesting a menu featuring only typical Tuscan dishes. Tennis courts, five-a-side football fields, riding stables, a gym and a lake for sportfishing in the neighbourhood.


Accommodation

The farmhouse (6 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three independent apartments. Possibility of adding a supplementary single bed or a cot in every apartment. Apartment Favilla (7 sleeping accommodations - 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms): it is the largest apartment and covers a surface of 130 m². It composes of large living/dining room with TV, kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. Apartment Fienile (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom): the two-storey apartment covers a surface of 50 m². The ground floor is divided into kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower. The open space on the first floor is divided into living/dining room with TV and sleeping area. Aparment Portico (4 sleeping accommodations - 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom): the apartment covers a surface of 65 m² and composes of kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
