Description

The farmhouse is situated in the village of Monteguidi, in proximity to Casole d`Elsa (Siena), on the magnificent Valdelsa hills. The estate is immersed in woods and vineyards, typical elements of the Tuscan landscape. The farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the Tuscan countryside with the possibility of visiting many important Tuscan tourist towns, including Siena Volterra, San Gimignano Colle Val d`Elsa, the Chianti region and Florence

The farmhouse is divided into four independent apartments that feature some typical elements of the Tuscan rustic architecture, such as terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings.

Guests are granted the utmost privacy and the use of the whole estate.


The Outdoors

The wide patio is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. In the patio is also the barbecue equipment.

About 10 metres from the house, on a lower level than the building, lies the swimming pool exclusively reserved for guests (8x10 m; depth: 1.80 m), which is open from June to September. The pool side is furnished with sunshades and deck chairs.

A wide courtyard exclusively reserved to guests surrounds the building.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building divided into four independent apartments; in total, it sleeps 14+2 people in 7 double-bedded rooms and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 5 bathrooms.

Apartment Ginestra is on the ground floor and composes of kitchen, living room, two double-bedded rooms (one accessible to disabled people) and two bathrooms.
A single supplementary bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.

Apartment Riccio is a bedsit on the ground floor with kitchenette, double bed and a bathroom.

Apartment Lavanda is on the first floor and consists in kitchen/living room with fireplace, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom.
A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.

Apartment Daino is on the first floor and is divided into kitchen/living room with fireplace, two double-bedded rooms and a bathroom.


Facilities

The farmhouse comes with swimming pool, barbecue, table-tennis table, working fireplaces, microwave oven, washing machine, hair dryer and private car parking place.
Household linen is changed weekly.
A daily maid service, a guide, a person for doing the shopping and a shuttle service are available upon request.

The nearest restaurant, with which the owners of the farmhouse have an agreement, is within 5 kilometres.
Shops and services of any kind are in Casole d`Elsa (15 km) and Colle Val d`Elsa (25 km).
