Those who like sport can go and fish in the lake for sportfishing and hike or mountain bike in the surrounding tracks. The farmhouse is an excellent starting point for visiting Florence and many other important Tuscan cities of art and places of nature interest, such as the Chianti district, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena and Volterra. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden commanding the typical Tuscan landscape of the underlying valley, covered with vineyards. In the garden there is the swimming pool (12x6 m). The barbecue in the garden is at the guests` disposal. Possibility of organizing meals in the portico near the swimming pool, supplied with outdoor furniture. The farmhouse is provided with all modern comforts and disposes of a laundry and a private parking lot. Tasting of wine and oil produced in the farm. Animals are welcome.

On the ground floor there are a wide kitchen provided with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, living room with fireplace, sitting room and 2 bathrooms (one provided with shower).
