The villa (10 sleeping accommodations) is situated close to Deruta, an Umbrian town well renowned for its pottery, and is an excellent starting point for trips to the most important Umbrian towns: Perugia, Todi and Assisi are just a 30 minute drive from the property. Orvieto and Cortona are within easy reach, as well.

The building is surrounded by a wide fully enclosed garden with a wonderful shady terrace furnished for eating al fresco. In the garden lies the private swimming pool, provided with a dressing room and a bathroom with shower.

The villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is a three-storey building.
The ground floor composes of billiard room, kitchen, living room and dining room. The dining room opens onto a loggia furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco.
On the first floor are a living room with fireplace, a balcony with loggia furnished with table and sofas, 2 double-bedded rooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor are 2 double-bedded rooms (one with dedicated bathroom with shower) and 1 twin-bedded room and dedicated bathroom with shower.
