Description

The beautiful farmhouse in Leopold style is located in Florentine Chianti, near San Casciano Val di Pesa and just a few kilometres from Florence and its famous monuments.

Surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside landscape made of olive groves and vineyards, the farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who wish to relax in close contact with nature. Moreover, its strategic location makes it a convenient departure point for visiting the most important Tuscan cities of art - Siena, Pisa, Arezzo, Lucca and Florence - as well as the whole Chianti region.

The imposing stone building is furnished in the cosy Tuscan rustic style and features some typical elements of the ancient country houses, such as terracotta-tiled floors and beamed brick ceilings.


The Outdoors

The paved area that surrounds the building is furnished with a table and some chairs for dining al fresco.

The private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.50-2.00 m) situated in panoramic location on a lower level than the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the garden.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a three-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 4 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are an entry room with fireplace, the kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a second living room with the dining area and access to the outside and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a passageway living area, a passageway twin bedroom, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a fourth double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Another double bedroom is on the second floor.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, fans, Internet connection, satellite TV, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking area.
A domestic help is available upon request.
