The farmhouse (10+2 sleeping accommodations) is the ideal accommodation for those who want to relax far from the city noises and frantic life, immersed in the tranquillity of the countryside. Situated in panoramic position at an altitude of 800 metres and surrounded by forests in which to walk or mountain bike, the farmhouse is in the neighbourhood of the natural park Monte Peglia- Selva di Meana. The building has been renovated according to local style and the furniture of the wide rooms has been carefully chosen in order to provide the maximum comfort. In the fenced garden there is a swimming pool (16x7 m), at the guests` disposal from the beginning of May until the end of September. The farmhouse is the ideal starting point for trips to many important cities of art in Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria, such as Orvieto (35 km), Perugia (36 km), Assisi (45 km), Siena (30 km), Arezzo (100 km) and Florence (170 km). Those who like lacustrian landscapes can visit the lake Trasimeno (60 km), the lake Bolsena (53 km) and the nature reserve of the lake Chiusi (60 km).


Accommodation

Two-storey farmhouse (5 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) surrounded by a fenced and furnished garden with swimming pool. The ground floor is composed of hall, kitchen equipped with oven, 5-zone cooker, freezer, fridge and microwave oven, dining room, billiard room, living room with fireplace, second living room with fireplace and double sofa bed and 1 in-suite double bedroom. The dining room opens on the furnished porch. The first floor is composed of hallway with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 2 bathrooms with bathtub.

The farmhouse is provided with satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD/DviX/MP3 player, washing machine, dish washer, iron, hair-dryer, cot, changing table and high chair for children, independent heating system and parking. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Animals admitted. Restaurant and grocer`s: 700 m. Bank, post office, chemist and other shops and services are in San Venanzo (10 km).
