Description

The farmhouse stands between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the hills of Val di Cecina, in an excellent position from a climatic point of view. The Etruscan Coast and the seaside resort Marina di Castagneto Carducci are less than 20 kilometres from the property.
Near the farmhouse are three nature reserves, a tennis club and a riding stable. Venturina thermal baths are about 25 kilometres from the farmhouse.

The stone building has been recently remodelled in Tuscan rustic style.


The Outdoors

A fully fenced garden on two levels stretches around the building.

The lower level features a large pergola furnished with table and chairs for having meals enjoying the view of the valley below. A solarium area is on the upper level. An above-ground pool (diameter: 5 m; depth: 1.10 m) lies about 30 metres from the house.
