Description

The farmhouse is situated in Greve in Chianti, in an extremely peaceful area in central Tuscany, on Chianti Classico hills, just a few kilometres from Florence.

The building, which affords a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and nearby Florence, has been recently renovated with an eye to maintaining its original features and is furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style.

The ideal accommodation for those who want to spend some pleasant days in close contact with nature, the farmhouse is also an excellent departure point for visiting Florence, Siena, Arezzo and the small towns of both Florentine and Sienese Chianti.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a wide garden, in which are the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.50 m), the barbecue equipment and a table for having meals al fresco.

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a living room with fireplace and dining area, a laundry room, a passageway room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor is also a panoramic terrace.
