The beautiful farmhouse is located in Valdichiana, in south-eastern Tuscany, a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona (Arezzo).

The property stands atop a hill and affords a wonderful view of the valley below and the castle of Montecchio.

The farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who want to visit Siena, Val d'Orcia, Valdichiana, Arezzo, Florence, the Chianti region and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy, which are all easily reached by car and by train.


The Outdoors

A wide, well-kept and fully fenced garden stretches around the beautiful stone building. There lies the private swimming pool (12x5 m; depth: 1.20-1.90 m), which is exclusively reserved to guests.

An outdoor space is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of kitchen with dining area, two living rooms (one with a working fireplace), storeroom with fridge, a passageway room with piano, two half bathrooms (one with the washing machine).
On the first floor are two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub.

Two different staircases lead to the first floor, which has also access to the outside.

An outbuilding by the pool sleeps 2 guests and composes of living room with dining area and kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, TV set, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, freezer, slicer, espresso coffee maker, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed, hook-on chair and private car parking place.
