The villa stands atop a hill near Marina di Grosseto, in Maremma, one of the most fascinating Tuscan regions, a place whose ecosystem has not been touched by progress. An area characterised by wild nature and clear sea, Maremma is also scattered with Etruscan and Roman archaeological sites, medieval hamlets, artistic parks and thermal towns, and offers many opportunities to practise various sports, in particular underwater fishing and sailing.

A real jewel of beauty and peace, the elegant villa is surrounded by vineyards that stretch up to the nearby Natural Park of Maremma and to the sea. The beaches of the most important seaside resorts of Maremma, such as Marina di Grosseto, Talamone, Principina a Mare, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, are within short driving distance.

The large rooms of the beautiful villa surrounded by a wide garden furnished for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside are furnished with elegance and good taste. A wellness area featuring a steam room and a gym occupies a floor of the building.


The Outdoors

The villa is immersed in a wide fully fenced garden dotted with flower and aromatic-herb beds and equipped with gazebo, table and chairs for having meals al fresco, barbecue and pizza oven.

A few metres from the building are the adult swimming pool (12x7 m; maximum depth: 3 m), the children swimming pool (4x8 m) and a whirlpool swimming pool. A large solarium area stretches around the pools.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 12+6 guests in 6 double bedrooms and 3 double sofa beds, and has 8 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a living room with fireplace and a half bathroom.
The sleeping area is on the first floor, which composes of three double bedrooms with double sofa bed and three more double bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
The basement is divided into a living room, a billiard room, a steam room with relaxation area, a gym and two bathrooms.
