Description

The charming villa was in origin a watch tower dating to the second half of the 16th century situated along Maremma coast, not far from Talamone. A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to visit this part of Tuscany characterised by a wild and pure nature, taste the dishes of Maremma traditional cuisine and visit the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

Immersed in the typical Mediterranean maquis, the villa has a private access to a rocky part of the coast, whereas a small sandy beach shared with the guests of a nearby house is just a few hundred metres from the property.

Its geographical position makes the villa an excellent accommodation for enjoying relaxing holidays in close contact with nature in a very peaceful area of Maremma.


The Outdoors

A wide garden stretches around the tower. A path leads to rocks below.

A wonderful panoramic terrace is equipped for dining al fresco.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the outdoor area next to the kitchen.


Accommodation

The tower is a three-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 1 triple bedroom, 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen with access to an outdoor area furnished for dining in the open air, living room with fireplace, dining area with access to a panoramic terrace, three double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower), a single bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub and hand shower.

The living room has an access to the watch tower, which offers a stone passageway on the ground floor.
The first floor composes of a living room with fireplace and access to a large panoramic terrace.
On the second floor is a triple bedroom with a private bathroom with shower.

A panoramic terrace on the roof of the tower affords a gorgeous 360° view.

The villa is equipped with barbecue, fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, oven, freezer, moka coffee maker, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
