The elegant villa is an 18th-century building situated on the hills of Sienese Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Montepulciano. The garden and the windows of the villa afford a wonderful view over the vineyards and the olive groves that characterize the Tuscan landscape.
Next to the villa is a small 18th-century church with an elegant bell tower.

The rooms are spacious and furnished with period furniture and antiques in accordance with the historical character of the villa.

The ideal accommodation for those who want to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the villa is also an excellent departure point for visits to some of the most important cities of art in the region: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Firenze, Cortona and Arezzo are within easy driving distance. Several tennis courts, the thermal baths of Sant'Albino, a golf club and a riding stable are within 20 kilometres of the estate.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide park split in a pinewood, an Italian garden and a holm-oak wood.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.40-1.60 m) lies at the centre of an English garden featuring some statues. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, sunshades, tables and chairs.

Outdoor are also the barbecue equipment and a table for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 16 guests in 5 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room, a lounge/dining room with fireplace, a small study, a storeroom and a half bathroom.
The first floor consists of a living room with fireplace, a study, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
On the second floor are three double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, a single bedroom and four bathrooms.

Five bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
