Description

The elegant villa is part of a complex composed of the houses (the second one is divided into two apartments) situated on the green hills of central Tuscany, just a few kilometres from Gambassi Terme. Around the fully fenced estate wind many pathways for guests to have long and pleasant walks in the peaceful Florentine countryside. A tennis court, a riding stable and a golf club are in proximity to the villa.

Strategically located in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting many famed cities of art, including Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano and Volterra.

Florence and its celebrated monuments and museums are just a few dozen kilometres from the villa and are easily reach both by car and by train and other public means of transport.


The Outdoor

The villa stands at the centre of an estate that includes also vineyards and olive groves for the production of Chianti wine, vinsanto and extra-virgin olive oil that guests can purchase as a souvenir of their stay in Tuscany. Guests have also the opportunity to taste the fruit and vegetables produced in the farm.

In the wide and perfectly manicured park that surrounds the buildings lies the swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.10-1.40 m), provided with a solarium area. The swimming pool is to be shared with the guests of the second house of the complex, in case it is rented.

The villa features a large private garden furnished for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

The two twin bedrooms can be converted into double bedrooms.
One of the bathrooms has a shower enclosure, whereas the second one is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, working fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, whirlpool bathtub, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cot beds and private car parking place.
A cook and a maid service are available upon request.
Horseback and mountain-bike rides in the surroundings of the estate are organised upon request.
