Description

The villa - in origin a farmhouse - is set in scenic location on the hills south-east of Florence. The capital of Tuscany is just a few kilometres from the property and is easily reached by car, as well as the whole Chianti region, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo and many other cities of art and tourist destination.

The villa has been skilfully renovated and furnished elegantly and with good taste. The welcoming rooms feature beamed ceilings and terracotta and wood flooring.

Olive groves, vineyards and orchards surround the property.


The Outdoors

The large, terraced garden that stretches around the villa is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, gazebos, parasols and a swing for children.

In the well-kept garden are also the private swimming pool (18x8 m; depth: 1.30-2.50 m) with adjacent whirlpool bath - that can be also used as a children's swimming pool - and a tennis court exclusively reserved to guests. Some showers and a toilette are in the changing room next to the swimming pool.

An old barn is equipped with kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning oven and dining area.

A laundry room is in the garden as well.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

On the ground floor is the living area, that consists of entry hall with dining table, kitchen, sitting room with fireplace and game table, large living room, and a half bathroom.

The first floor composes of three double bedrooms (two with private bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and direct access to the outside, a bedroom with a single bed, a pull-out bed and an ensuite half bathroom, and a bathroom with shower.
