Description

The elegant villa is in Impruneta , in the Chianti region, between Florence and Siena . Florence historic centre is within easy driving distance, as well as the major Tuscan tourist destinations: San Gimignano , Volterra , Siena , Pisa and Lucca .
The villa is also an excellent accommodation for those who want to dedicate to their favourite sports: it features a private gym, and a riding stable, a golf club, a tennis club and some football and five-a-side football pitches are in proximity to the estate.
Alternatively, guests can have wonderful walks and bike rides along the many paths that surround the property, at the discovery of the marvellous Tuscan hills.

Built in the 17th century, the luxury villa is furnished with original period furnishings.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide fenced park dotted with olive trees and century-old trees in which are a pergola furnished for having meals al fresco and a barbecue with wood-burning oven.

Just a few metres from the elegant building lies the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-2.00 m), furnished with sunshades and sun loungers. By the pool side is also a gazebo with table and chairs for guests to have their meals by the swimming pool.

The complex composes of the villa and a guest house; in total it sleeps 16 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms, and has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, and has 4 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
On the ground floor are a wide gallery, the kitchen with fireplace, two living rooms (one with fireplace), the dining room, the laundry room and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a large gallery, a storeroom, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.
The second floor consists in an apartment with air conditioning composed of kitchen, living room with dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The gym is in the basement.

The guest house sleeps 4 guests and composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with dining area, small laundry room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
It also features a private garden and a terrace furnished for having meals in the open air.
