Description

The villa dating back to the 15th century is situated just a few kilometres from Arezzo, in the upper valley of the Arno River.

A long cypress-lined alley leads to the building, which has preserved unaltered its original architectural features and its charm. The large rooms are richly furnished, some of them with period items.

The villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Siena, Florence and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy.


The Outdoors

In the garden equipped with sun loungers lies the private swimming pool (9x6 m; depth: 1.50 m).

A table is at guests' disposal for having meals al fresco.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room with fireplace and direct access to the garden, a living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A bathroom with bathtub is on the mezzanine floor.
The first floor composes of a large salon, a living room with a single bed, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with access to a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
